Corso Wedding&Event Staff Spring Edition - Le testimonianze

E' da poco giunto a termine il corso di formazione in Wedding and Event Staff, organizzato da Events Academy e firmato Elisa Wedding Dream, che ci ha visti impegnati dal 21 al 23 febbraio, in tre giornate full time ricche di esperienze, confronto, lezioni in aula con docenti esperti del mondo degli eventi e della comunicazione e prove pratiche di allestimento scenografico.

It just came to an end! The training course of Wedding and Event Staff, organized by Events Academy and Elisa Dream Wedding. The course was held February 21-23, three days full of experiences, discussions, practical tests of set design and lessons in the classroom with teachers who are experts in the world of events and communication and.

Se mi dovessero chiedere cosa penso di queste 3 giornate di corso, risponderei che qualsiasi termine non sarebbe sufficiente a descrivere il turbinio di emozioni che ci hanno viste coinvolte in 3 giorni di Stage formativo.
Sono venuta a conoscenza del corso per puro caso, attraverso un volantino nella bacheca della mia Università che citava...

If you were to ask me what I think of this 3-day course, I would say that there is no word to describe the swirl of emotions in these 3 days of training.

I got in touch of the course by accident, through a flyer on the bulletin board at my University. The flyer was the following: 

Appena l'ho visto ha attirato subito la mia attenzione...non sapevo che in Sardegna esistesse un azienda che si occupasse di Wedding ed Eventi, ne sono rimasta colpita, soprattutto perché non se ne parla abbastanza. Essendo un mondo che mi ha sempre affascinata ho deciso di mettermi in gioco inviando la mia candidatura.
La prima cosa che si pensa in tono sarcastico quando si legge "tre giorni di corso" è : cosa si può imparare in soli tre giorni!? Posso assicurarvi che non è così, e anche se in un primo momento l'ho pensato, mi sono dovuta ricredere...
Sono state tre giornate intense, ricche di emozioni e insegnamenti, dalle strategie di comunicazione e self control, alle prove di portamento, ancora dalla realizzazione dei fiocchi, allo studio della Wedding location, degli spazi ma anche dei pericoli che potrebbero creare difficoltà all'allestimento o alla fruizione degli spazi. Un percorso a volte in salita altre in discesa, come un treno, che il 23 febbraio ci ha condotte al capolinea, l'ultimo giorno. Davanti a noi la prova di fine corso che ci ha viste protagoniste dell'allestimento di un wedding in outdoor.
E' stata in questa giornata la sfida più grande...
Noi 11 ragazze alle prime armi, circondate dal verde della campagna, immerse nelle tenui tonalità del rosa pastello, tra fiori, fiocchi e nastri per la cerimonia, texture sgargianti per il party, fra sospensioni sugli alberi e la confettata abbiamo dato vita al progetto di Elisa. Stanche ma felici ed entusiaste del risultato ottenuto.

Cosa porto a casa di questa esperienza? La grinta, la creatività e soprattutto la passione di Elisa, la determinazione e le capacità gestionali delle sue collaboratrici Chiara ed Eva, l'aver scoperto una nuova me capace di mettersi in gioco e affrontare nuove sfide, una me più cosciente di se stessa, una me che si vede positivamente agli occhi degli altri, e questo perché non si è parlato solo di tendenze fiori e colori, ma abbiamo affrontato un percorso di crescita personale e di gruppo...
Ancora nel mio bagliaglio porto il lavoro di squadra, l'amicizia, la raffinatezza, l'eleganza, gli stimoli, e i nostri sorrisi nati dalla soddisfazione di veder prendere vita un progetto artistico grazie alle nostre mani.
Non posso che dire grazie, per questa esperienza gratificante e coinvolgente... Tutte noi non dimenticheremo mai le parole chiave: FARE-FARE BENE-FARE VELOCE!!

As soon as I saw it immediately drew my attention ... I did not know that there was a company in Sardinia that dealt with Wedding and Events. I'm impressed, especially because it is not talked about enough. Being a world that has always fascinated me, I decided to get involved by sending my application.

The first thing you think (when you read in a sarcastic tone) is: what can be learned in just three days!? I can assure you that although at first I thought so this changed quickly.

It was three intense days, full of emotions and lessons from the strategies of communication, self-control, evidence of behavior, the study of the wedding location, the space, but also of the dangers that could create difficulties staging or the use of space. 23 February led us to an end of the last day. In front of us was the proof of the end of the course. It was a preparation of an outdoor wedding.

This day was the biggest challenge ...

11 girls, surrounded by green countryside, immersed in soothing shades of pastel pink, including flowers, bows and ribbons for the ceremony, bright textures for the party, between the trees. The project of Elisa came to life. Tired but still happy for completing the goal.

What I take home from this experience? The determination, creativity and above all the passion of Elisa. The willpower and management skills of its collaborators Clare and Eve, having discovered a new me able to get involved and take on new challenges. A me that is more conscious of myself, a me that is seen positively in the eyes of others and this is because we not only talked about trends in flowers and colors, but we faced a journey of personal growth together as a group ...

Teamwork, friendship, sophistication, elegance, stimuli and smiles were born from the satisfaction of seeing an art project come to life thanks to our hands.

I can only say thank you for this rewarding and addictive experience we will never forget ...
